Through this unique group practice, we will explore the power shared experience in letting go of stress and anxiety . We will begin with supportive yoga poses to help release manifestations of stress in the physical body. Upon the initial release through our asanas (poses), we will enter a guided svasana (relaxation) for a deeper detox of stress and anxiety, allowing mental and emotional experience to surface into our present awareness. Following this deeper release, we will hold group space for students to share regarding the continuous process of letting go experienced during the practice.
Sharing is optional. This class is included with 40 Days to Free enrollment.
