Revive and restore from the holidays and turn your focus to welcoming the true you in the near year. Prior to coming, create a list of moments of the past year in which you learned something about yourself. Bring that with you to place under your mat. Amidst the glow of soothing candlelight, we will open to gratitude for self-awareness, allowing it to bring healing, peace and joy in the new year. We will begin with moderate flowing practice to return to our natural rhythm and awaken the intentions beneath our resolutions for the new year. As we hold postures, we will commit to compassion and loving-kindness for ourselves, closing class with several restorative postures to let our intention seep deeply into our center so that we may project it authentically throughout the new year. All levels welcome; class is donation based.
