In this practice session, you will learn how to begin and maintain a safe and effective inversion practice. The following asanas will be explored: Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), headstand (Salamba Sirsasana), forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana) & shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana). It is not guaranteed that each of these asanas will be attained within the session, rather you will leave with an understanding of the foundational alignment and how to build the strength and flexibility to work within and towards each.
