Yoga for Beginners Series starts January 10

This series focuses on the foundations of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa (flowing) in a hands-on, "how-to" format. Traditional poses and breathing exercises will be introduced and built upon each week. While this class appeals to beginners, it is also an opportunity for those rediscovering their practice or those wanting to reconnect with the foundations of the discipline.
