Yoga for New Moms Series begins June 4

Make time for yourself while honoring your new role as mom! This series focuses on key areas affected through pregnancy and early months of motherhood. We work to re-establish core strength through poses and sequences targeting the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles and bring release to the shoulders, neck and upper back that tighten and ache due to feeding and carrying around baby and his/her stuff! Restorative yoga postures will nourish you through deep relaxation for mental and emotional clarity and hormone and energy balancing to help you find steadiness, ease and stamina to nurture your growing child and family. This series is recommended for moms 6-weeks to 2+ years out from delivery. Classes will be led by Jenny Bunch and Julie Maharrey (alternate weeks).
