Adult Yoga Classes
We've Got the Right Yoga Class for You
All of our yoga classes offer mindful explorations of strength and flexibility. Connect your mind and body through breath and movement. We know that your first yoga class can be a bit discombobulating. You’re asked to listen without looking and to move your body in new ways. (Because trying to keep our minds still is challenging enough!) It’s normal to feel challenged just to be in class and to move smoothly from pose to pose. And the same thing can happen in a new studio, a new yoga class, or with a new teacher. Our teachers pride themselves on creating accessible environments to begin and deepen your yoga practice. Take a look below and reach out to us with any questions!
