Spend the week with us at spa camp. Here we will have fun, relax and make ourselves simply FEEL GOOD! We will have daily yoga, meditative activities and spa treatments will include hand, feet, face & head massages, using scrubs and essential oils; plus we will make take home accessories to help you bring your calm home!

Growing Through Yoga Camp

This camp is designed especially for kids who are ages 4 and up. In this yoga camp, we help kids find their inner and outer strength. We do this by being creative, expressing ourselves, and bonding with friends. To begin each day, new yoga poses will be introduced around a theme. Camp will include a thoughtful and healthy snack and group activity time. We will also share creative art projects. Mindful breathing, together with visualization exercises, will teach us to relax.

Yoga for the Youth Athlete Mini-Camp Sessions

This yoga camp is designed especially for ages 10 – 17 years. Yoga is a proven compliment to sports and athletic activities. As a result, we know that yoga provides disciplined conditioning for the body, mind, and spirit. We begin by focusing on teaching young athletes to become more in-tune with their bodies. Also, we bring attention to proper alignment and recognizing the differences of discomfort versus pain. We do this with poses and sequences to help build strength, flexibility and balance. Together with our breathing and mindfulness exercises, we teach self-soothing tools. These help to provide calm and focus. Consequently, these tools are helpful in alleviating pre-game and mid-game anxiety and frustration. Other areas of our focus include confidence building, teamwork and energy-boosting.
