Comfort and community!
We are all being called upon to stretch our pre-conceived notions of “normal”. Normally, you came to the studio for your yoga practice. You chatted with the teacher and other students. You lingered so the feeling of svasana wouldn’t break with the return to the day. Now you can capture that same feeling from the comfort and safety of your own home.
Through our live-streaming classes you can choose to keep your video on and chat with others before class, or turn it off and get the benefit of a led practice in the pure privacy of your own living room.
Recall your first yoga class. It was probably a bit discombobulating. You were asked to listen without looking, and to move your body in new ways. It’s normal to feel challenged to make the change to streaming classes, but we are learning to move smoothly each day from challenge to challenge just like we move from pose to pose. Our teachers pride themselves on creating accessible environments to begin and deepen your yoga practice from a distance. Take a look below and reach out to us with any questions!

Holy Yoga Slow Flow
with Sandra Agricola
Mondays, 9:30 - 10:30 am via zoom and in person
We are all one, whatever our faith. This Slow Flow yoga class focuses on the yogic principle of Brahmacharya, "Walking with God Consciousness", aligning whatever divinity you call upon to meet you in this practice of strength, courage, rest and renewal. Class will be a quiet class with no music, a few scripture verses from the Judeo-Christian tradition (absent of named divinities), and lots of gentle movement. We were created for community—we will breathe together, move together, and love together.
Chair Yoga with India Henson

Experience a supportive, strong practice while you explore the benefits of yoga. This class is a a good fit if do not find it comfortable to sit on the floor, or if it is difficult for you to transition frequently from floor sitting to standing, or have limited mobility. (This may be due to injury, body type or age.) We incorporate movements that stretch and strengthen your body, plus breathing techniques while using meditation to release stress and calm your mind. Use the wall or chair for support in a few standing poses for your balance practice and strength. We provide chairs to everyone who attends this class.
Fluid Flow with Danica Kempinski,
Sundays, 10:00 - 11:00 am, in person or via zoom
Fluid Flow is an actively paced class for a variety of levels. You will find the balance between strength and flexibility as you link steady breath to movement, both big and small, and flow through a variety of traditional and creative yoga postures. This class will be fun and challenging, no matter your level, as we find steadiness and sustainability while holding postures, but also allowing the freedom of energy to flow as we move with breath. Class winds down with grounded, cooling postures to aid in rest and recovery.
Interested in Private Lessons?
There are many reasons private lessons might be a good fit for you. Many of our private clients want to address a specific physical need, while others need to work around their full schedules. Some want to be introduced to yoga directly before joining group classes, or simply prefer the smaller setting. If you want to begin but aren’t sure group classes make sense for you, just reach out and we can discuss all of the options!
