Join a yoga class with an open, encouraging and fun environment and creative sequences. Explore your individual practice using the strength of your mind and body. At the same time, gain flexibility, strength and coordination. We incorporate breathing techniques and slow flowing movements in this yoga class. As a result, you will enhance your cardiovascular health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. This class has a gentle to moderate pace and is designed for yoga students of all levels.

Wednesdays, 10:00 - 11:00 am
in person or via zoom
Tap into your strength, flexibility and balance with slow and subtle movement. Directly observe your experience of breath and changing sensation with a gentle flow and a guided meditation. When you are seeking a slower physical release, healing yoga offers you gentle movement and a softer approach to understanding how yoga can help you to release physical, emotional and mental stress and pain. This is a great class for you if you are looking for a gently-paced class. Likewise if you are beginning yoga for the first time, or if you are returning to your yoga practice after some time.
Chair Yoga with Sandra Agricola
Thursdays, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Experience a supportive and thorough practice while you explore the benefits of yoga. This class is a a good fit if you do not find it comfortable to sit on the floor, or if it is difficult for you to transition frequently from floor sitting to standing, or have limited mobility. (This may be due to injury, body type or age.) We incorporate movements that stretch and strengthen your body, plus breathing techniques while using meditation to release stress and calm your mind. You may use the wall or chair for support in a few standing poses to build balance practice and strength. Chairs are provided.
Prenatal Yoga with Annie Damsky
Saturdays, 3:00 - 4:15 pm
Prenatal Yoga creates a safe and peaceful environment to explore physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy. Yoga poses and sequencing focus on strengthening muscles related to supporting a pregnant body, including the back, hips, and pelvic floor. Flowing sequences are aimed at improving circulation and increasing overall comfort, while specific postures help keep the sacrum balanced to help with positioning baby for optimum labor and birth conditions. Breathing exercises and visualization are introduced to aid in labor and delivery, plus stress reduction. You may start classes as early in your pregnancy as you feel comfortable, however, please consult with your healthcare provider for more direction specific to your body and pregnancy. Please bring a blanket/towel and a pillow, as we are not currently sharing props in the studio.
Interested in Private Lessons?
There are many reasons private lessons might be a good fit for you. Right now, you may want to control your environment more than usual, and that’s okay! Many of our private clients want to address a specific physical need, while others need to work around their full schedules. Some want to be introduced to yoga directly before joining group classes, or simply prefer the smaller setting. If you want to begin but aren’t sure group classes make sense for you, just reach out and we can discuss all of the options!
